I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work and a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice. I am trained in the treatment of depression, trauma, anxiety, PTSD, intimate and partner/domestic violence. I have years of experience helping individuals manage their mental health and life transitions.

I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive behavioral therapy, Trauma-Informed -Care, Solution focused therapy, Cognitive Processing therapy and Strengths-Based therapy and tailor each session to your unique needs. I also specialize in helping veterans and those in past or present relationships involving Intimate Partner and Domestic Violence.
