Great to meet you!

I am passionate about helping clients focus on actionable steps that improve their quality of life. As a PMHNP-C, FNP-BC, I prefer to combine treatments like behavioral change with medication management in order to help clients achieve lasting improvements.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Tired of feeling like youre not making progress in reducing your mental health symptoms ? We’ll work together to explore how habits—like sleep, nutrition, exercise and more, are affecting your mental health. Then we will set goals that strengthen your well-being, using tools such as the Solutions-Focused Approach, personalized behavioral strategies, and medication management when needed. As a PMHNP certified in family and psychiatric care, I blend conventional and integrative methods to tailor a plan that fits your unique life, helping you move beyond just managing symptoms to thriving long-term.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect a focus on solutions, and work on creating achieveable actions that can help them reach their goals. Whether it is reducing anxiety, or fighting back against depression, clients can expect to be empowered to take action against their chronic symptoms, in a manner that creates long-term change.
