Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Knou (pronounced ‘New’). I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience across diverse settings. Throughout my career, I’ve supported clients in making meaningful progress with anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, stress related to medical conditions, OCD, bipolar symptoms, grief, relationship challenges, trauma and parenting.

My approach to therapy

I’m honored to be part of each client’s therapeutic journey, and my mission is to empower them with the skills and strategies they need to confidently navigate life long after therapy ends. Together, we’ll take a collaborative, goal-focused approach, setting clear, realistic objectives and creating a practical path to achieve them.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll work together to understand your goals and begin shaping a treatment plan that feels both realistic and effective. This is a collaborative process, and we’ll outline the steps needed to support your progress moving forward.
