My approach is both client centered and direct. I use a blend of therapy modalities such as CBT, DBT, and Positive Psychology, as well as other methods. I also utilize mindfulness, breathing exercises, and gratitude exercises during session.
During our first session, you'll share background information, tell me about yourself, where you would like to go, and we'll work together to form treatment goals.
