I’m a board-certified psychiatrist with experience in Adult Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. Accepting New Patients! I offer comprehensive psychiatric evaluation for complex mood, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and medically overlapping conditions.

In our work together, I try to help make the picture clearer. We look at what may be contributing to your symptoms, what has helped or made things worse, and what next steps are realistic. My goal is not to force your experience into a label, but to understand it well enough to make a treatment plan that fits.

I take time to understand your symptoms, history, medical context, sleep, stress, relationships, and what has or has not helped before. I value education and shared decision-making, including thoughtful discussion of medication, therapy, lifestyle, mind-body, and integrative treatment options. I also aim to create an environment where you feel comfortable being honest, asking questions, and speaking openly without fear of judgment.

The first session is primarily focused on information gathering and getting to know you better as a person. It's also your chance to see how I work and decide whether I'm the right fit, which matters as much to me as it does to you. By the end, you'll have a clearer sense of what's going on and the start of a plan.
