Great to meet you!

Hi there!

I am a trauma-informed therapist dedicated to helping adults heal from difficult experiences, reconnect with themselves, and move towards building lives that are grounded in authenticity, connection, and fulfillment.

My professional background includes working with adults in both treatment settings and long-term therapy, helping people navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I specialize in supporting clients working through childhood trauma, substance use, eating disorders, mood disorders, and anxiety.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, with a strong emphasis on creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for healing. I help clients explore how past experiences, including childhood trauma, may be impacting their present relationships, emotions, and sense of self. My work incorporates emotion regulation, somatic work, parts work, and other trauma-focused approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a space that feels safe, genuine, and empowering, where you can show up as you are and feel supported through the process of growth and healing.
