Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist who values authenticity, curiosity, and connection. I’m not here for performances or perfection—I’m here for the real you. I received my B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Women’s Studies from the University of Houston and earned my M.A. in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from NYU Steinhardt. My background helps me understand mental health through an intersectional lens, taking into account how our identities and lived experiences shape the way we move through the world.

I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including BIPOC individuals, interracial and LGBTQ+ couples, single parents, and high-achieving professionals navigating burnout and balance. No matter your background, I aim to provide a space where you can feel seen, understood, and supported without judgment.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and grounded in cultural awareness. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, I meet you where you are—emotionally, mentally, and culturally—and we co-create a path forward that aligns with your values and goals. I pull from a variety of evidence-based approaches, but what guides me most is our relationship and your unique story.

Together, we’ll explore your identity, experiences, and emotional patterns while identifying the systems that may be influencing your well-being. I believe in honoring both the discomfort and the breakthroughs that come with growth. My role is to walk alongside you, offering tools, insight, and encouragement as you evolve.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions feeling more grounded, self-aware, and empowered to make intentional choices. You can expect a space that’s free of judgment, where vulnerability is welcomed and your full self is respected. Whether you're working through anxiety, relationship challenges, identity questions, or life transitions, our sessions will focus on clarity, healing, and growth at a pace that feels right for you.

Over time, you’ll build emotional tools, develop deeper self-compassion, and gain the confidence to show up more fully in your life. My hope is that therapy becomes not just a place to process, but a space to come home to yourself.
