Great to meet you!

When working with me you will be welcomed into a space that is non judgemental, open and compassionate. I will be warm and kind, hold you accountable when necessary and gently guide you through the ups and downs therapy may present.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I firmly believe that the client is in charge of their treatment and that I am a guide, a coach and partner in the achievement of treatment goals or objectives. I work with each client to identify what they want to address, learn or walk away with. We discuss and use these goals a guides for progress along with self reports, and standardized questionnaires to assess growth and "success:.

What you can expect from our first session

Sessions often but not always end with some work to do, things to practice outside of therapy as a way to begin increasing skills and practicing independently outside of treatment. Some want more, and others do not. This will be discussed and you can always ask me directly.

Konika's style is

Direct
Solution-oriented
Affirming
