Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience in a wide variety of settings. Due to my broad background, my clients often come to me because of issues relating to family conflict, work/life balance, anxiety, depression, stress management, low self-esteem, and emotional/psychological abuse.

My approach to therapy

I utilize evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Strength-Based Therapy. I tailor the therapeutic approach to what best serves each individual.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you will spend time talking about specific things in your life, including your background, history, symptoms, relationships, health, and goals. I will ask some questions, and you will have space to share whatever will help us create a clear picture of what you want to accomplish through therapy.
