Great to meet you!

Great to Meet You!

I’m so glad you’re here! I’m Kori, the founder of Nest & Nourish: The Perinatal Health Collective. I created this space specifically to support women navigating the depths of postpartum, family planning, infertility, trauma, and anxiety.

I know these transitions well, not just from my clinical training, but as someone who has navigated the heaviness of postpartum myself. This lived experience, combined with advanced training in tools like EMDR and Parts Work (IFS), allows me to offer a partnership that is both evidence-based and authentically human.

Taking this step is brave, and I am honored that you are trusting me on your journey. I look forward to connecting and helping you find your footing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in the belief that a strong therapeutic relationship is the most important indicator of success. I strive to provide a warm, welcoming environment where safety and connection are at the forefront of our collaborative partnership. As a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C), I offer more than general support; I provide specialized clinical care tailored to the unique physiological and emotional shifts of pregnancy and postpartum. Whether you are navigating perinatal mood disorders, infertility, or the "messy" reality of new parenthood, my goal is to ensure you feel seen and deeply understood.

In our work together, I utilize advanced tools like EMDR and Parts Work (IFS) to help your brain "unstick" traumatic birth experiences or old wounds that may be surfacing in your journey as a mother. We use these evidence-based practices to help your nervous system stop reliving past pain, allowing you to feel more grounded in the present. Having walked this path myself, I combine these high-level clinical interventions with the "realness" of someone who truly understands the heavy mental load you are carrying.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we focus on creating a space where you feel safe to share your story without judgment. My goal is to truly get to know you, not just as a client, but as a person navigating a complex season of life. Together, we will discuss the specific challenges you’re facing, whether it's the weight of the "mental load" or the feeling of being "stuck" in past experiences.

Once we have a clear understanding of your needs, we’ll collaborate on a personalized plan that integrates specialized tools to help you find relief. You can expect a direct yet gentle approach where your goals guide our pace. By the end of our first meeting, you’ll have a roadmap for our work together and a clearer sense of how we will help you get back feeling connected to yourself in the here and now.
