Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Kori. I support individuals across the lifespan—from infancy through older adulthood.

I have experience helping individuals navigate life transitions, health-related challenges, substance use concerns, and a wide range of mental health issues. My approach is rooted in compassion, understanding, and respect for each person’s unique journey. I am a licensed clinical social worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington. I have worked in healthcare for several years.

I believe that while life can be difficult, having a warm, supportive space to talk can make a meaningful difference. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard and supported. Together, we can work toward finding effective strategies and meaningful solutions to help you move forward with confidence.

I look forward to connecting with you.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process—what works for one person may not work for another. I strive to provide a nonjudgmental, supportive environment where you can feel safe and understood. Together, we will explore approaches tailored to your unique needs and develop practical tools to help you navigate life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know you and what’s been going on in your life. You can share at your own pace. We’ll review confidentiality and talk about your goals and next steps.
