Great to meet you!

Welcome!! I'm so glad you're here. My name is Kori and I am a licensed professional counselor. I have a very relaxed, down to earth approach to life that I incorporate into my role as a counselor. During my time in the field, I've worked in office, school, and virtual settings with all ages. My passion is to help others develop the tools, insights, and a sense of empowerment that will foster new levels of personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is highly integrative and person-centered. I strive to meet you where you are as I take individual needs and differences into account when treatment planning. I also tend to use humor, pop culture, and a very open-minded, judgement free lens when working with clients!

What you can expect from me

I've been told I'm skilled at providing a warm, bubbly, and accepting energy. This allows clients feel comfortable and open to exploring sensitive topics and areas of life. After leaving sessions, the hope is that clients begin to feel a growing sense of rapport and strengthened therapeutic relationship. This sets the stage for continuing to develop skills and the confidence to more effectively manage daily stressors and mental health challenges.
