Great to meet you!

I have had more than two decades of experience doing therapy and believe it's part of who I am. I have worked with adolescents, families and individuals in home, in residential settings and in outpatient clinics. I have spent most of my years helping individuals with drug and alcohol, relationship or mood related issues.

My approach to therapy

I am very solution focused, primarily using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, humor and direct communication to assist in teaching clients how to better manage their issues and become the best versions of themselves.

What you can expect from me

Clients will learn how to set appropriate goals to find control in their lives, increase positive and effective ways to behave and advocate for themselves, both individually and interpersonally and will have practical tasks to practice in order to help solidify anything learned or uncovered in sessions.
