Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults struggling with chronic stress, low self worth, loneliness, trauma/complex PTSD, and burnout. I am a compassionate witness and also a fierce protector. I understand looking for belonging and joy in a society that seeks to marginalize and devalue difference. I am queer, neurodivergent, and multiethnic: Mexican-American, Indigenous (Rarámuri aka Tarahumara), with Jewish roots.

My approach to therapy

I am here to listen, be a guide into the shadowy places, and help find a way through. My approach to therapy is strength-based and trauma-informed. I value collaboration and I respect your pace. I provide child therapy, teen therapy, couples therapy and therapy for adults in-person at my office in Pleasanton.

What you can expect from me

I want therapy to feel like a soft place to land. I offer the comfort needed to unearth the sources of pain and stress, and clarify what has happened to help bring some relief. Please visit my website to learn more: https://www.gentlegardenpsychotherapy.com/
