Great to meet you!

Did someone say wellness? Hi, I'm Kotrish. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Certified Personal Trainer, an adjunct professor for the College of Social Work, and soon to be your biggest cheerleader!

I have a passion for working with clients who have a desire to address trauma, familial matters, low self-worth, low self-esteem, and who are in need of stress management skills.

Additionally, clients who are feeling lost about next steps or seeking their purpose in life are welcomed.

I enjoy working with clients to reframe matters of concern, to rewire their brain to create new neural pathways, and to empower clients to create and live a sustainable and desired lifestyle.

My approach to therapy

I am EMDR trained. The foundation of my clinical services are built from a Strengths-based approach with a Systems Theory lens. However, I take a client-centered approach to tailor each client's treatment plan to their specific needs, level of readiness, and joint decision to meet their needs.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect to be asked a series of questions and for you to have my undivided attention as I actively and intently listen to your answers. This is your opportunity to share with me your primary concerns, your hopes and goals for our work together, and the barriers and patterns that serve as hurdles to you reaching your goals.
