Kourtney Jeffers

I am a very attentive and warm Mental Health Therapist that loves helping my clients thought the issues that brought them to therapy. I got my Master's of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I have worked and continue to with people that are involved with the court system, people with substance misuse issues, trauma, depression, anxiety and more.

I work really had on gaining your trust and learning about you as a person because without that we cannot get into the work that really needs to be done. I believe that change starts with your thought processes and adjustment to your behavior. Once trust is established we can get through anything.

It is my priority to help you identify the root of your issues so that we can acknowledge it and process it in a way where you can be aware without being held back by it.
