My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, and Attachment-Based approaches.
