Great to meet you!

I graduated in 2019 with my masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from East Carolina University. I then did extended graduate work at Virginia Tech from 2019 to 2022, after which I moved to Indiana. I utilize Narrative Therapy, Attachment Based Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in my work.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with individual adults and couples who are LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and/or non-monogamous. I utilize approaches that focus on digging deeper, processing trauma, and understanding the impact of larger systems on our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I work to continue to be more anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodivergent affirming, disability justice oriented, and trauma informed.

What you can expect from me

I feel honored by the trust and openness client's bring to my office. I believe therapy is a sacred space, and I hope to honor that for my clients. Our first few sessions will be focused on creating a full understanding of you as a person. My immediate goal is to get to know you as a person, and then be able to dig deeper.
