I have been a nurse practitioner for 25 years, 5 in psychiatry. I am passionate about providing personalized care, giving clients adequate time in their sessions, and doing so in a relaxed and comforting manner.
I work with all ages and backgrounds. Areas of specialization are children, adolescents, and young adults. I also specialize in the mental health needs of women in perimenopause and menopause.
I create a relaxed relationship with my clients. I feel we are a team working together to find solutions. I see men, women, teens, and children. I have extensive experience with children and adolescents. I love working with young adults and also supporting women experiencing mental health changes relating to perimenopause and menopause.
We will be together for 90 minutes during your first session. I like clients to have enough time to express all of their needs. We will go over your medical history, the symptoms you are having, and we will discuss the treatment options that will work best for you.
