Great to meet you!
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I earned national certification in March 2025 after graduating from Chamberlain University. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Divine Word College of Laoag in the Philippines, where my journey in healthcare first began. I am originally from the Philippines, I bring a rich cultural perspective and deep sense of compassion to my work in mental health care. Fluent in Ilokano and Tagalog, I connect deeply with diverse communities and provides care that honors cultural identity.
I began my healthcare career in 2018 at Hawaii State Hospital, starting as a paramedical assistant and advancing to become a registered nurse. My dedication to mental wellness and culturally sensitive care led me to pursue advanced practice, where I now serve the community with empathy, expertise, and heart.
Outside of my clinical role, I am a proud mother of four and operates an adult foster home, providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals in need of long-term care.
Guided by my favorite motto, “If others can, why can’t I,” I believe in meeting patients where they are — with sympathy, respect, and cultural understanding. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered on their journey to mental wellness.
