I am a double board-certified Adult Primary Care Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in telemedicine care for children and adults with, ADHD, Autism, anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, insomnia Schizophrenia. With experience in both clinical practice and education, I combine medication management and brief psychotherapy to provide compassionate, evidence-based, personalized care from Ages 6 and above.
My approach to providing care as a PMHNP is patient-centered, compassionate, and collaborative. I prioritize understanding each patient’s unique experiences, symptoms, and personal goals in order to develop an individualized and effective treatment plan. I integrate evidence-based medication management with psychoeducation and encourage the use of therapy, lifestyle modifications, and supportive coping strategies when appropriate. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where patients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care. Through a collaborative approach, I aim to support symptom stabilization, improve daily functioning, and promote overall mental health and well-being.
