Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Krisi, and I’m honored to support you as you begin your therapy journey. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Villanova University and am also a Navy veteran.

I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, and suicidal ideation, and I am comfortable working with a wide range of mental health concerns. I have experience working in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient levels of care. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), both of which are evidence-based approaches for addressing trauma and related issues.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, and person-centered. I believe in meeting you where you are and walking alongside you as you work toward healing and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Your first therapy session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a safe, supportive space. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you'd like to work on, and any goals or hopes you have. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable—there’s no pressure. We’ll also go over things like confidentiality, how sessions work, and answer any questions you might have. Think of it as the beginning of a collaborative process, where we move at your pace and build a foundation of trust together.
