Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD/neurodivergence, mood concerns, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. My approach is affirming, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that therapy should feel like a space where you can show up honestly and be met with curiosity and care. I draw from trauma-informed and integrative approaches, including EMDR-informed work, somatic approaches, ACT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I especially enjoy supporting clients who have felt misunderstood, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and tailored to the individual rather than one-size-fits-all. I work collaboratively with clients to understand patterns, build insight, strengthen coping, and support meaningful change. Depending on your goals, we may incorporate practical tools, deeper processing work, nervous system awareness, or exploration of relationships, identity, and values. My style is warm, engaged, and thoughtful, while also helping clients move toward clarity and action.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your concerns, your goals, and any relevant background, while also making space for what feels most important to you right now. My goal is to create a grounded, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable, respected, and not rushed. Many clients leave the first session with greater clarity, a sense of direction, and an initial plan for our work together.
