Great to meet you!

I am a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for adults. My approach integrates current research, individualized treatment planning, and collaborative decision-making to support each patient’s unique goals and needs.

I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and treatment, including medication management using evidence-based practices. I work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma-related conditions, and other mood disorders. My goal is to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where patients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care.

I believe that effective treatment is built on a strong therapeutic relationship. By working together, we will develop a personalized plan that promotes symptom management, resilience, and overall well-being. I am committed to helping you feel empowered in your mental health journey and to ensuring that your voice remains central in the treatment process

My approach to therapy

My approach to providing care is patient-centered, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I believe that each individual’s experience is unique, and treatment should reflect your personal goals, values, and preferences. I provide comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that may include medication management, education, and supportive guidance.

I prioritize creating a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences. Together, we will evaluate symptoms, monitor progress, and adjust treatment as needed to ensure the best possible outcomes

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we will take time to get to know you and understand your concerns, symptoms, and goals for treatment. This includes discussing your current challenges, past mental health history, medical history, and any previous treatments or medications.

We will work together to identify your needs and begin developing a personalized treatment plan. This may include discussing potential medication options, if appropriate, as well as outlining next steps in your care. Most importantly, this is a space for you to feel heard, supported, and comfortable sharing at your own pace
