Great to meet you!

You know something needs to change, even if you can't quite name what. Maybe you're carrying the weight of past trauma, managing anxiety that won't let up, or trying to find your footing after experiences that left you feeling stuck or defeated. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, and the complicated terrain of being a woman in the world.

Healing is possible. I believe one of the most powerful things you can do is begin to understand your own story.

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical and collaborative. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy to help you build real tools for managing stress, processing difficult experiences, and shifting patterns that are keeping you stuck. Sessions are goal-oriented but flexible — I meet you where you are and work at a pace that makes sense for your life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an evaluation. I'll ask questions about what brought you here and what you're hoping for, but mostly I want you to feel at ease sharing your story. You don't need to have the right words or a clear plan. Showing up is already evidence of the strength you carry. You don't have to walk this journey alone.
