Great to meet you!

Nice to meet you! I focus on trauma and neurodivergence. My practice is dedicated to healing childhood trauma, PTSD, relationship issues. I'm also certified as a Neurodivergent Couple's and Grief Counselor.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is direct, empathetic, and fun! You read that right. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative space to assist you on needs and goals, improve relationships, and go from surviving to thriving.

What you can expect from our first session

My clients have expressed that therapy has expanded their sense of possibility, healed relationships, and helped them live their lives with courage, self-compassion, and peace. I believe you have the keys to healing already inside you and my job is to assist you in befriending your innate wisdom and insight to create a meaningful life through the use of body/mind interventions that sometimes includes EMDR, ART, and IFS, Expressive Arts, and unconditional positive regard..
