Great to meet you!

Welcome, I’m so proud of you! Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I truly consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they navigate life’s challenges. I believe that each person has been created with the capacity for growth and healing, and my heart is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and understood.

I am a counselor with a background in education and mental health, which allows me to bring both practical insight and compassionate care into the therapy space. I have experience working with youth and adults navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the every day stressors of life. I especially enjoy helping clients find wholeness and healing through better understanding of themselves, breaking unhelpful patterns, and moving towards healthier ways of thinking and living.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy integrates person-centered, cognitive behavioral (CBT), and solution-focused techniques. I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and understood, believing that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful healing.

While I lead with empathy and validation, I am also proactive in your journey and goal-oriented. You are a unique individual with a unique story, and I believe your care should reflect that. I value open communication and honest feedback so I can best help you take intentional steps toward growth with clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

In sessions, I focus on creating a safe, welcoming space where clients can feel comfortable and cared for. This time is all about getting to know one another build a trusting therapeutic relationship. Clients are invited to share their story at their own pace, while feeling genuinely seen, heard, and supported. While we explore current concerns, I also assess symptoms, and keep us working toward goals for therapy. I work collaboratively with each client so they leave the session feeling understood, encouraged, and confident about the next steps in their journey.
