Great to meet you!

I am a Psychotherapist specializing in trauma, grief, and serious and persistent mental health conditions. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Hunter College and have experience working on an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team supporting individuals with complex mental health and substance use challenges. I am deeply committed to helping clients heal from trauma and improve their quality of life.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative, collaborative approach tailored to each person’s needs. I draw from EMDR, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, parts work, and somatic therapy to support healing on both emotional and behavioral levels. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where we can work together at your pace.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my top priority is getting to know you and helping you feel comfortable. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and begin identifying how we can work together. I’ll also walk you through how therapy works so you feel confident and supported moving forward. You can expect a warm, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. I also invite you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
