I am Kristal Jackson, License Professional Counselor in Texas. My hope is that you feel open to allow me to hold space for you, your thoughts and feelings. Being a therapist is truly my purpose and passion. You are worth it!

My approach to therapy

I have a very warm, welcoming and collaborative approach to counseling. I have experience with CBT, emotionally focused therapy, solution focused, and mind/body connections. We'll explore patterns that work others and others that have not.

What you can expect from me

My purpose is to be the bridge for my clients so they can: bring awareness to feelings and emotions, make connections to move past challenging disruptions and achieve the healing they are looking for. My hope is that you feel a sense of relief and balance.
