Hello, my name is Kristal, I have a Masters in Counseling psychology and I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor. I graduated from Tarleton State University in 2017 and have experience with both inpatient and outpatient care. I specialize in Solution-Focused Therapy. which helps you to identify how to identify current issues and come up with solutions in order to move forward in life.
I believe sometimes you just need a non-biased person to talk to about what is going on with you. I am here to help you process with how you are feeling and together we can create plans to help you move forward.
