I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who can prescribe psychiatric/mental health medications, and psychotherapy.
I became a PMHNP in 2022 after working as a registered nurse for 14 years in rural and urban settings in Arizona, Nevada, and Montana in areas of nursing including medical/surgical, emergency department, family practice, and in-patient and out patient psychiatry.
I believe our mental health and physical health are interwoven resulting in a holistic approach.
My experience includes working with clients 8 years of age and older (including older adults) living with mental health/psychiatric symptoms affecting quality of daily life including the mental health burden of living with chronic illness

The first session is focused on getting to know you by obtaining past psychiatric and physical health histories, what has/has not worked for you in the past, and your hopes for the future or how would you like daily life to look differently.
