Great to meet you!

Ciao! I have been in the mental health field in a variety of settings since 2018, typically working with adults who seek support with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and bereavement, and stress management during life transitions. I graduated from Naropa University with a degree in Transpersonal Art Therapy and am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Colorado.

My approach to therapy

As a board-certified art therapist, I believe in the healing qualities of mark-making and using creative materials as a tool to process emotions and experiences. That being said, oftentimes sessions look like a combination of art therapy and traditional talk therapy. Sessions are tailored to what the client needs within our time together. I believe in developing authentic and trusting relationships with clients, and I work collaboratively with them to achieve their goals.

What you can expect from me

I love to help clients get curious about their patterns and cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves. I like to create a warm, inviting space within the telehealth realm and feel it is so important to remain culturally aware and trauma-informed. I always offer the thought to try a few sessions with me, and then we can check in to see if you are getting what you need. If not, then I can help with next steps to ensure that you do!
