Great to meet you!

I’m Kristel Zoller, a Licensed Professional Counselor with 13 years of experience helping adults navigate the life challenges they may face. I will provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to release, process and learn to work through trauma, grief, depression, anxiety and relationship dynamics. My mission is to help you find your sense of self, your voice, your confidence and your power. I specialize in working with the military population and men & women with a history of childhood abuse, domestic violence, sexual trauma and combat trauma.

I take the time to understand your story, strengths, and goals so we can focus on what matters most to you. Whether you’re healing from trauma, struggling with anxiety or depression, navigating a relationship, or simply ready for something to change, we’ll work together to build healthier coping skills, greater confidence, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is empowering, affirming, and collaborative. I believe therapy should be tailored to you and your goals, with both a safe space to process what you’ve experienced and practical tools to help you move forward.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Prolonged Exposure, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Seeking Safety. Together, we’ll explore the experiences, thoughts, and patterns that may be affecting your life while building healthier ways to cope.

I’ll meet you where you are, move at a pace that feels right for you, and support you in creating meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other, talk about what brought you to therapy, and explore what you hope to accomplish. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to begin.

I’ll take time to understand your experiences, concerns, strengths, and goals while creating a safe and supportive space for you to share at your own pace. Together, we’ll begin identifying where you’d like to start and what meaningful progress could look like for you.

My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and confident that you have a supportive partner as you take the next steps.
