My approach to therapy

Believing that mental health care is a journey—an ongoing and dynamic process—she partners with patients to support their unique needs, preferences, and goals while nurturing hope and resilience. With over three years of experience in psychiatric nursing, she brings a strong foundation in psychopharmacology and a holistic approach that integrates evidence-based practices with compassionate care.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a welcoming space where you feel comfortable sharing what’s on your mind. We’ll work together to set goals that feel meaningful to you and talk through practical steps you can use in your daily life.
