Welcome, I am so glad you are here! As a clinical social work practitioner, certified in complex trauma treatment, I have the privilege of helping individuals feel safer and more confident. I specialize in working with nuerodivergent adults-along with frequently coinciding mood disorders and past traumas.
Studies demonstrate that the therapist-client relationship is paramount to specific treatment modalities. My clinical experience includes working with diverse range of symptoms, challenges and life experiences. I utilize different therapeutic approaches including, and not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Somatic Therapy and Trauma Focused Therapy.
During the initial meeting we discuss concerns and symptoms and develop a treatment plan.
