Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping individuals who are navigating addiction and sobriety, managing symptoms of anxiety and depression, and adjusting to life after a cancer diagnosis. As someone who has personally experienced both addiction recovery and cancer treatment, I understand how complex and isolating these journeys can be. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to take meaningful steps forward— whatever that looks like for you. I've opened up limited availability for evening and weekend appointments via telehealth to accommodate busy schedules.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and authenticity. I bring a personalized, non-judgmental style to therapy that often includes humor and real-life relatability. We'll work together to help you feel more grounded and better equipped to handle life’s challenges. If you’re ready to talk—or even just curious about how therapy might help—I invite you to reach out.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you’ll have the space to share your story at your own pace—no pressure, no expectations. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and any questions or concerns you may have about the process. I’ll also share a bit about how I work, and we’ll explore whether this feels like a good fit for you. Whether you’re navigating sobriety, coping with a recent diagnosis, or simply trying to manage life’s day-to-day stress, we’ll start where you are. From there, we’ll collaborate to build a path forward that feels meaningful and manageable to you. Therapy doesn’t have to be formal or stiff—it can be a place of honesty, connection, and even humor.
