Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist with over 17 years of experience working in the mental health field. I earned my bachelor's degree in Psychology at Molloy University and my master's degree in Social Work at Fordham University. Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of settings, including schools, hospitals and outpatient mental health clinics, providing support to both children and adults. I have experience helping individuals manage a wide range of mental health concerns and diagnoses, with particular expertise in anxiety and depression.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative and personalized to each individual's unique needs. I incorporate techniques rom CBT, DBT, ACT and other evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help people overcome adversity and achieve their goals.

What you can expect from me

In their first session with me, clients can expect a welcoming environment where we will work towards building a relationship that promotes positive change. I focus on creating a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where people feel comfortable and motivated to explore challenges, develop healthy coping skills and work towards personal growth and emotional well-being.
