Great to meet you!

Hello, and thanks for taking the time to read a little bit about me. I know that finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, and I truly commend you for taking this step. I graduated from Fordham University in 2004 and have been working in this field consistently since. I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and families navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, and the everyday struggles of life. My approach draws from evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution-Focused Therapy, and a strength-based perspective to help clients create lasting change and meaningful goals.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to provide compassionate support while helping you process difficult emotions, challenge negative thought patterns, and develop healthy coping strategies. I strive to create a warm, comfortable, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported.

What you can expect from me

In the first few sessions I truely take the time to get to know you. We will work together on building a trusting relationship and will allow you to feel comfortable to open up about whatever it is that is bringing you to therapy. We will fomulate goals together and review on a weekly basis.
