I graduated from Fordham University in 2004 and have been working in this field consistently since. I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and families navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, and the everyday struggles of life. My approach draws from evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution-Focused Therapy, and a strength-based perspective to help clients create lasting change and meaningful goals.
