Great to meet you!

I am currently accepting new clients. With over 10 years of experience as a public school educator, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, teens, and families navigating special needs, life stressors, and big transitions. Now, as a licensed counselor, I enjoy helping both adolescents and adults face whatever life hands us with resilience and hope. Clients often describe me as humorous, direct, and energetic—I bring warmth and honesty into every session so you feel supported and understood.

My approach to therapy

I believe that everyone has the ability to reach their goals, and sometimes we just need the right tools and encouragement to get there. My approach is solution-focused and practical—we’ll work together to identify patterns that may be holding you back, explore healthier coping strategies, and, when helpful, use trauma-informed methods like EMDR to process difficult experiences. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, ADHD, OCD, grief, or family stress, my goal is to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a welcoming, accepting environment where you can show up exactly as you are. In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other, talk through what brought you to therapy, and set goals that feel realistic and meaningful to you. Together, we’ll build a plan that supports your growth, helps you manage challenges, and moves you closer to the life you want.
