Great to meet you!

Starting therapy is a major step in gaining control of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I want to help you gain insight into your core beliefs so that you can make meaningful changes to the way you react to the world around you.

My approach to therapy

Through my years of experience, I have had the privilege of working with individuals in varying levels of crisis. I have worked in crisis intervention centers, inpatient hospitals, and outpatient therapy programs. This has given me experiences with a broad spectrum of diagnosis and effective therapeutic approaches. I have utilized techniques from CBT, REBT, crisis intervention, EMDR, trauma informed therapy, and psycho education.

What you can expect from me

We can work together to find an approach that works for you. Wherever you are in your journey, therapy can help. My goal as a therapist is to help guide you through the experiences of the past and to help you recognize how those experiences impact you today. We can discuss the areas that you would like to focus on in therapy and my approach as a therapist in order to create a therapeutic environment that works for you.
