Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome. If you or a loved one are navigating a major life transition, coping with chronic or terminal illness, or processing deep grief, you do not have to face it alone. With more than 20 years of clinical experience, I provide a compassionate, safe, and grounded space tailored to your unique needs.

My experience includes private practice, crisis stabilization, military family support, oncology, dialysis, and palliative care. I have supported individuals and families through some of life’s most vulnerable moments, including grief and bereavement, medical diagnoses, deployment stress, depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, caregiving, and end-of-life decisions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I believe therapy should meet you where you are while helping you develop practical tools to manage stress, regulate emotions, strengthen relationships, and advocate for yourself.

Together, we will identify your goals, build on your existing strengths, and develop adaptive coping strategies that fit your life. Whether you are navigating complex grief, chronic illness, military-family stress, depression, anxiety, codependency, or a major transition, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, supported, and confident moving forward.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will focus on getting to know you, understanding what brings you to therapy, and identifying the support you need right now. I will listen with compassion and without judgment as you share your experiences, concerns, and goals.

We will begin creating a treatment plan that feels practical and personalized. You can expect a welcoming environment where your pace, comfort, and voice are respected. By the end of our session, we will have a clearer understanding of where to begin and identify initial steps to help you feel more supported.
