Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist in South Carolina and have worked for state agencies and as a private practitioner for the past 12 years. Before attending The Citadel to study Clinical Psychology, I worked as an English teacher, a cafe owner, and a real estate broker. My focus is on helping families and individuals realize their strengths and gain skills for reaching their goals for improved quality of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and depends on the specific needs of the client. I am open-minded and dedicated in encouraging self-care while helping to process challenges, grief, trauma, symptoms of depression and anxiety, major life changes, and all the stressors that keep us feeling stuck.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a great opportunity to reflect, to learn new skills, and to gain greater awareness of our goals and ways we can make sound decisions, release negative self-talk, and elevate ourselves for success and contentment.
