Great to meet you!

Are you ready to do it differently? I get it! After over 20 years working in Colorado’s public education system, I’ve opened my private practice to help people navigate life’s challenges with more confidence and calm. I work with adults, young adults, and children who are facing anxiety, stress, self-esteem issues, and major life changes. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my passion is helping individuals grow through every stage of life—from early childhood through adulthood.

My approach to therapy

My approach is straightforward, compassionate, and focused on solutions. I combine elements of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you gain clarity and learn practical tools to move forward — without spending years in therapy.

What you can expect from me

When we meet for the first time—and every time after—it’s all about you. Together, we’ll explore what brought you to therapy and define the personal goals you’d like to achieve. We’ll also discuss therapeutic approaches and strategies that can best support you in reaching those goals.
