Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Tampa, working with adults and couples who want more than surface-level therapy. I help thoughtful, capable people who may appear to have it together but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected in important areas of their lives and relationships. My approach is relational, insight-oriented, and collaborative, with a balance of deeper understanding and practical tools when they’re helpful. I work with anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and high-conflict dynamics, helping clients build insight, improve communication, and create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, insight-driven, and practical when needed, with close attention to patterns in thoughts, emotions, and relationships. I’m active and engaged in sessions, offering thoughtful questions and observations to help you better understand what’s driving your experience. I draw from psychodynamic, attachment-based, and skills-based approaches depending on your needs, whether that means exploring deeper relational patterns or building tools for anxiety, communication, and emotional regulation. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, feel more grounded, and create more intentional, fulfilling relationships.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about getting oriented and seeing if it feels like a good fit. You absolutely don’t need to come in with a perfect explanation of what’s going on. I’ll help guide things so it feels natural and not overwhelming.

We’ll talk through what’s been going on, what’s feeling most pressing, and start to get a sense of the patterns underneath. I may ask about your background or relationships to better understand the context, but it’s not a rigid intake.

You can expect me to be warm, engaged, and honest. I’ll offer some initial thoughts, ask meaningful questions, and help you start making sense of things.

Most people leave the first session feeling clearer, a little more grounded, and with a better sense of where we’d go from there!
