Great to meet you!

I'm glad you're here!

Over the past 13 years as a marriage and family therapist, I’ve witnessed just how transformational therapy can be. My work began with children and families, helping them find steadier ground together. For the past five years, I’ve had the honor of supporting adults of all ages as they navigate parental stress, face anxiety, heal from trauma, and reconnect with themselves.

My approach to therapy

I utilize CBT and EMDR in my work, but above all, my approach is relationship-based and empowering. I believe clients should lead their own treatment, and we move at a pace that feels right for them. I bring warmth and a steady presence, using humor when it helps create relief or connection, while also being honest and gently firm when it supports growth. We begin by building a strong therapeutic relationship and developing coping skills, and once that foundation feels solid, we move together into the deeper work with clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

Before our first session, we’ll start with a brief consultation call to help us determine whether I’m the right fit to support your goals. During the initial therapy session, you’ll have the space to share more of your background so we can create a solid framework for identifying the therapeutic goals that matter most to you. At the same time, we’re beginning to connect and build the foundation of a strong, collaborative relationship.
