I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, based in New York. I know that reaching out for support takes courage, and I'm here to help you feel safe, understood, and supported. I've spent the past eight years working with adults navigating trauma, sexual addiction and related behaviors, anxiety, and depression.
My approach is compassionate and collaborative — we’ll work together to explore what’s been holding you back and find new ways to move forward. I believe healing happens through connection and self-discovery, and I’ll meet you wherever you are in that process. My goal is to help you build confidence, balance, and a deeper sense of peace as you create the life you want.
The first session will be an introductory session, where you'll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. From there, we'll work together to identify treatment goals that are aligned with your desired outcomes.
