Great to meet you!

I'm so glad you're here. Reaching out is often the hardest part, and I want you to know you don't have to figure this out alone. As a licensed psychologist, I'm committed to creating a warm, collaborative space where you feel genuinely heard and supported. Using evidence-based approaches, I work with clients on a wide range of concerns, from anxiety and depression to life transitions and the search for greater clarity and purpose. My goal is to help you build insight, develop practical tools, and move toward a life that feels authentically yours.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should fit you — not the other way around. Every person brings their own story, strengths, and challenges, and I tailor my approach accordingly, drawing on evidence-based methods suited to your specific needs and goals. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you, in a space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and free to speak openly. I'll listen closely, offer honest and thoughtful feedback, and work collaboratively with you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

Our work together is truly a collaboration. You bring your lived experience, and I bring clinical expertise — together, that's a powerful combination. Our first session is simply a chance to connect: for you to share what's brought you here, what you're hoping to change, and any questions you have for me. From there, we'll explore what's getting in the way, build practical tools to help you move forward, and shape a plan that fits your goals.
