Great to meet you!

Welcome! I provide individual therapy for college/ graduate students, professionals, and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, crises of meaning, and the deeper questions that arise in times of uncertainty. Many of my clients come in feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected- from themselves, others, or a clear sense of purpose. Our work together explores not just symptom relief, but what it means to live more fully and authentically. Together, we reconnect with your values, develop practical skills for navigating life's challenges, and explore the deeper patterns and past experiences that may be shaping your present.

My approach to therapy

I offer a safe, affirming space to support your journey back home to yourself. My approach is integrative, drawing primarily from evidence-based existential/ humanistic, ACT, and psychodynamic therapies. I specialize in treating anxiety and OCD/OCD-related disorders, using an ACT with ERP combination approach tailored to your unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step toward therapy is a courageous act of self-love. I am here to help by providing you with the support and tools to move closer to the life you want for yourself. If you feel we might be a good fit, I'd be glad to hear from you.
