Great to meet you!

I love working with clients from all walks of life. I have experience working in agency settings as well as school-based settings treating anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and life transitions. I also have experience in treating athletes for injury recovery, performance anxiety, and optimizing athletic performance.

My approach to therapy

I use a variety of approaches in therapy, but typically I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to join clients in meeting their therapy goals. I am laid-back but goal oriented.

What you can expect from me

At the end of each session, I hope that clients have gotten a chance in their day to laugh a little, feel seen by someone who cares, and have confidence that they are one step closer to their goals. My hope is that every client leaves a session with me feeling like they are on the path to healing.
