Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed psychologist with six years of experience supporting children, teens, and young adults in their mental health journeys. I’m especially passionate about LGBTQIA+ mental health and intersectionality, and how our identities and lived experiences shape who we are and how we navigate the world. My goal is to create a fun, safe, welcoming, and affirming space where people feel understood, supported, and empowered to show up as their authentic selves.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be as unique as the person sitting across from me. I love getting to know my clients, understanding their needs, and working together to find an approach that feels like the right fit. I draw from a variety of evidence-based techniques and tailor them to each client's individual goals and experiences, with compassion and collaboration at the center of the work.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, talk about what brings you to therapy, and explore what you’re hoping to get out of our time together. We’ll discuss your background, current concerns, strengths, and any experiences that feel important to share. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out or to share more than you’re comfortable with. My goal is to create a welcoming, affirming space where you can feel safe being yourself, ask questions, and get a sense of whether we’re a good fit. We’ll also talk about what therapy might look like moving forward and work together to identify goals that feel meaningful to you.
